Instructions

Mix softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and spices for filling together until smooth and set aside.
For the french toast batter, whisk all ingredients together until emulsified and set aside.

Assembly & Cooking

Pipe cream cheese filling between 2 slices of bread, dip in the pumpkin batter, then cook in butter until golden.
Serve warm with maple syrup, butter, and whipped cream.
