Pumpkin Power Shake
A creamy pumpkin shake in the morning will keep you full and focused all morning long. It’s also a great snack on the go.
- 1 cup Farmer's Market Pumpkin
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. agave or maple syrup
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- ice cubes
- Blend all items in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
Chef's Tip: Substitute the maple syrup for brown sugar for a sweeter variation.
