Pumpkin Power Shake

A creamy pumpkin shake in the morning will keep you full and focused all morning long. It’s also a great snack on the go.


  • 1 cup Farmer's Market Pumpkin
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ice cubes


  1. Blend all items in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Chef's Tip: Substitute the maple syrup for brown sugar for a sweeter variation.
