Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients
Cookies
- 1 can Farmer's Market Foods Organic Pumpkin
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Icing
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Mix all cookie ingredients together with an electric mixer. You can separate the dry and wet ingredients, if you wish.

Drop heaping tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet, and bake in a 350 F oven for about 17 minutes, until lightly browned. Let cool completely before icing.
Icing

In a small bowl, combine all icing ingredients and blend until smooth. Drizzle over cookies, when cookies are completely cool.
