Eggnog Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell
  • 1 15 oz can Farmer's Market Foods Organic Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 1/4 cup eggnog
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 ea large eggs
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 365°.  Make or purchase your pie crust of choice.

  2.  In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggnog, sugar, eggs, spices, and salt. Carefully pour mix into crust.

  3. Bake until set and a knife comes out clean in the center, 65-70 minutes depending on your oven. Cool completely. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with whipped cream.
