Farmer's Market Foods Organic Pumpkin - 3 pounds lean ground beef or vegetarian substitute
- 2 cans red kidney beans
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup mushrooms
Instructions

Brown ground beef or vegetarian ground beef and drain off excess fat.

Put ground beef in a large pot, and add remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 1-2 hours, and serve with crackers or cornbread.
