Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can Farmer's Market Organic Sweet Potato Pie Mix
- 12 oz Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 9" Deep-dish pie shell

Empty Sweet Potato Pie Mix into a mixing bowl and stir in milk and eggs

Pour into pie shell

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.

Cool pie 2-4 hours before serving.
