Butternut Squash, Carrot Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Farmer's Market Butternut Squash
  • 1/2 cup finely grated carrot or frozen diced carrot
  • 1 cup frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1 serving vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Divide among bowls and garnish with granola and coconut flakes.
