Sweet Potato Casserole

This sweet potato casserole is reminiscent of days spent in the kitchen, learning how to make the family's favorite recipe!


  • 2 cans Farmer's Market Organic Sweet Potato Puree
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  2. Combine sweet potato, 1/2 cup flour, eggs, 1/2 cup butter, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Spread the mixture into a casserole dish.

  3. For the crust whisk together the brown sugar and flour.

  4. Cut in the butter in small chunks using your hands or a pastry knife to combine until it looks like the consistency of coarse meal.

  5. Spread the mixture on top and bake for 30 minutes.
